Education

You will be placed in our new updated program. This program was built and will be delivered by entrepreneurs. The Ignite program introduces two pivotal educational components designed to unfold over a10-month duration, with sessions held for half a day each month at the EO Offices aimed at providing members with valuable insights and tools for business success:

University of Texas Certification Program:

  • All members will undergo a comprehensive certification program consisting of six courses developed by the McCombs School of Entrepreneurship at the University of Texas.
  • Led by professors and former entrepreneurs, these courses will offer practical and applicable knowledge tailored to help members excel in their businesses.
  • Upon completion of the program, members will have the opportunity to graduate on campus and receive a certificate.
  • In the second year, we will introduce a parallel program, allowing new members to begin Year 1 while returning members embark on Year 2. This structure ensures continuous learning and growth.
  • As the program progresses, additional tracks may be introduced in subsequent years to cater to the evolving needs of EOI members, ensuring ongoing value delivery.

Focus on Traction:

  • Traction, a cornerstone book for growing businesses, provides entrepreneurs with a roadmap for business expansion.
  • Recognizing the importance of traction in business growth, we will develop three to four workshops annually on utilizing Traction methodology in members' businesses.
  • These workshops, curated by EO Austin and delivered by local partners and EO members, will equip participants with actionable strategies to implement Traction principles effectively.
  • With these enhancements, we aim to meet our EOI members where they are and provide tangible value that fosters continuous growth and success.
